Colonia High School’s Boys’ Varsity Volleyball team was victorious against Plainfield High School in their game played on April 24, 2015 at the Colonia High School Gymnasium.
The Colonia High School Boys’ Volleyball Team showed off their skills in front of an audience of about 40 people, defeating the Plainfield boys. Although the boys lost their last march, they were able to prove themselves, adding a victory to sum up 10 wins and only 4 losses throughout their season.
The 1st point of the game was made by our patriots, which ended the first half with the a successful 25-14.
The second half was also triumphant for the patriots, winning 25-13. The boys were very confident and truly played as team throughout the entire game.
The crowd, along with the coach and teammates, were also very enthusiastic in cheering the boys on throughout the game. The Plainfield fans were also very passionate about cheering on their team players, calling out their names each time they were serving the ball.
Overall, both teams displayed true sportsmanship, shaking hands at the end of the game.
